Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched after your payment is confirmed, within:

If your order has items from more than one type, it ships together when the longest item is ready.
Delivery
- We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹3000. Below that, shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- You’ll receive tracking details on WhatsApp / email once your order is shipped.
- Prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
After dispatch
- Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and we cannot guarantee the delivery date. Delays due to weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues are outside our control.

Failed or refused delivery
Once your order is dispatched, resin storyy is not responsible if delivery fails because:
- you refuse or deny the parcel,
- you are not available or not reachable when the courier attempts delivery,
- the address or phone number is wrong or incomplete.
In these cases no refund is given. If the parcel comes back to us, it can be re-shipped only after you pay the re-shipping charges. Please keep your phone reachable and check courier updates once you receive tracking details.
Damaged parcel
Please record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
