Cancellation & Refund Policy

Custom / personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started, as they are made specially for you.
Ready-made items & raw materials can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
No returns for change of mind, as items are handmade and delicate.
Damaged or wrong item: send an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp 9330408879. After checking, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
No refund for orders that are refused, undelivered because you were unavailable, or returned due to a wrong address.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Slight variations in colour, bubbles or shape are natural in handmade resin and are not defects.
